OceanLiftSubsea is Hiring A Structural Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil or related field).
2. Proficiency in engineering design software and tools (STAAD Pro, Ansys, Abaqus or related software).
3. Good knowledge of subsea structure design and installation, sea fastening design, vessel strength check and material specifications.
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in subsea engineering or related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide structural stress analysis utilizing STAAD Pro, Abaqus or similar software.
2. Perform structural stability and integrity calculations for subsea structures (PLETS, Jumpers, Suction Piles, etc).
3. Design in accordance with acknowledged industry codes, standards and design guides (API, DNV, AISC, etc).
4. Engineering support to drafting deliverables.
5. Provide assistance during Bid clarifications, kick off meeting, HIRAS, Design reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS

2. Proficiency in steel structures and/or mechanical design.
3. Good knowledge in Autodesk AutoCAD, Vault and/or Inventor software, and MS Office.
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in subsea engineering or related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare design/fabrication drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD software.
2. Prepare offshore installation method sketches, mobilization drawings and rigging drawings.
3. Interface with other disciplines to obtain input for design.
4. Assist fabrication as required in the resolution of construction difficulties relating to design problems or clashes.
5. Liaise directly with Project Engineers on installation drawings and sketches.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Industry recognized professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar.
3. Experience and knowledge of maintaining and operating management systems to the guiding standards, with priority in ISM and/or OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSEQ, preferably within the subsea, oil and gas, or marine industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies, conduct safety inspections and support incident investigations.
2. Promote a safe working environment through training programs and manage all HSE procurement needs.

4. Ensure environmental compliance, conduct audits, and support sustainability initiatives.
